Meeting #3 091814

The Girl Scouts got a little dirty helping make a flower garden for Mrs. Hartshorn and Eastwood.  While we couldn't find any daisies to plant this time of year, we did have tulip bulbs and mums.  We found an abundance of earthworms while we dug, a spider and a slug and I think we have a picture below of the world's tiniest earthworm!

The Daisies finished activities for the Blue Bucket Award.  We've discussed feelings, what we can say to make others feel good, what others say that make us feel good and the girls spread a little sunshine to loved ones and residents at a local nursing home with these cards.
